Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, and agreements between Lyadoru and its customers, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Products

All products offered by Lyadoru are carefully handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, color, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Minor deviations do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

Prices

All prices listed on the website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly displayed during checkout.

Lyadoru reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed via the Lyadoru webshop. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.

Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Lyadoru cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving the order, in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law.

Returns are free of charge and must comply with the conditions outlined in our Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Liability

Lyadoru is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

Lyadoru’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Force majeure

Lyadoru is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, or government measures.

Intellectual property

All content on the Lyadoru website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Lyadoru and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and work toward a suitable solution.

Governing law and disputes

All agreements and legal relationships between Lyadoru and its customers are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Amendments

Lyadoru reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
