Refund policy

At Lyadoru, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order in accordance with the terms below.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us within the 30-day period by contacting our customer service and providing your order number.

Return conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

Products that show signs of use or damage caused by improper handling may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.

Free returns

Returns are free of charge. Lyadoru will cover the cost of return shipping, provided the return complies with our return instructions.

Return process

After you contact us with your return request:

  1. You will receive return instructions from Lyadoru

  2. Return the item according to the provided instructions

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned item or proof of return, in accordance with EU law.

Refunds are always issued via the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Shopify Payments & credit card: refunded to the same card

  • iDEAL: refunded via bank transfer

  • PayPal: refunded to your PayPal account

  • Klarna: the invoice will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us so we can assist you.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are custom-made or clearly personalized according to customer specifications

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened, if applicable

Any applicable exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
